- We operate like a hotel, Monday through Saturday, where “noon” is checkout time from the day prior. Sunday is charged as a daycare ($12) for those wishing to pick up early. We open from 2:30-5:00pm on Sunday.
- Daycare is available Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm.
- You can “schedule” to drop off or pick up your pet(s) from 8am to 11am and 3:30pm to 6pm. We request that you call the day prior to arrange drop offs. Pick ups need to be confirmed with us as we do run errands if there are no appointments scheduled.
- If you decide to pick up your pet after “noon” we will charge a “daycare” price until 6pm ($12 canine / $6 feline), Monday through Saturday. Monday through Friday we are open from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday we are open 8:00am to 4:00pm.
++We offer a pick up and delivery service for a fee, i.e. to the resort, to home, to the vets, etc. (Local pick-up fee $20 - Williamsburg, Newport News, etc. $40)

REQUIREMENTS
- A current Canine BORDETELLA VACINE
- A current Feline or Canine RABIES VACINE
- Currently on a FLEA CONTROL regime
- CASH PAYMENT for FIRST VISIT – personal checks accepted thereafter
WHAT TO BRING
- Pet’s food (dry and/or wet), whatever your pet is used to.
- Pet’s bedding: a rug, small blanket or bed
- Treats & toys (While we make every effort to keep track of personal pet toys SCPR is not responsible lost or damaged pet personal property.)
- Necessary medications (administration fee - $1.00 each oral or $5.00 each injected)
- Shot records of Rabies and Bordetella
GROOMING by Claudia
We offer ALL NATURAL SHAMPOOS and CARE PRODUCTS and HYDRO-MASSAGE for all pets. We groom and bathe Monday through Saturday by appointment. Bath & nail trims start at $25-50.00. Nail trims alone are $12.00. We can take pets as early as 7:30 am. We can also arrange pick up and delivery and earlier drop-offs by appointment.

OUR FACILITIES
- CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING & HEAT for both our inside bed areas and inside runs.
- ALL CANINES enjoy 4 scheduled walks on 20’ leads & 3 playground times. We now have 5 PLAYGROUNDS.
- SURROUND SOUND of gospel music plays 24/7 for the pets’ pleasure.
- Stainless steel bowls are sanitized with a dishwasher in our kennel.
- A refrigerator is in the kennel for prepared meats, canned foods and medication.
